Return & Refund Policy

At Dianique Scents, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

No Cash Refunds

Dianique Scents operates a strict No Cash Refund policy. Refunds will not be issued for any purchase.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the event of:

  • Change of mind or second thoughts.
  • Ordering the wrong product.
  • Incorrect fragrance selection.
  • Personal preference after purchase.
  • Any customer ordering error.

Eligible Returns

Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged, defective, or spoiled during transit.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be returned in-store.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The product must be submitted for inspection by our team.

Replacement Process

If the return is approved after inspection, a replacement of the same product will be issued within 10 days, subject to stock availability.

Dianique Scents reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
